Promoting Independence in Older Adults is dedicated to helping older adults stay safe, confident, and independent in their homes. As an experienced occupational therapist and educator, Dr. Beth Sullivan specializes in identifying risks, finding practical solutions, and creating personalized plans that make daily life easier and safer for clients and their families.
Throughout her career, Dr. Sullivan developed a range of innovative programs— including Occupational Therapy Assistant and Occupational Therapy degree programs, as well as services in driving rehabilitation, low vision, and fall prevention. No matter the setting, her goal has always been the same: to help people maintain the lifestyle, independence, and wellbeing they value.
Through Dr. Sullivan’s consulting practice, she provides thorough home assessments and partners closely with clients and caregivers to support aging in place, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. Dr. Sullivan’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.
